Maps and data come in several forms. Ideally, for each information item (i.e., counties in the corridor) a Google-linked file, a data file or spreadsheet, an ArcGIS file, and a pdf map is available. More of these will become complete over time.
For the Google KMZ / KML (keyhole markup language format) files to be displayed you must have Google Earth installed. It is a program that can be downloaded and installed for free and easily via Google. You can access the Google Earth User Guide for directions on downloading and installing.
